Getting Started
Do you offer drive-up storage units?
What unit sizes do you offer?
We offer six drive-up unit sizes to fit almost any need:
5x10 — closet-sized, great for boxes, small furniture, and seasonal items
10x10 — about the size of a bedroom; fits furniture from a 1-2 bedroom apartment
10x15 — fits the contents of a 2-3 bedroom home
10x20 — holds a 3-4 bedroom home's worth of belongings, or a vehicle/boat
10x22 — extra depth for larger vehicles, trailers, or bigger households
10x30 — our largest unit; ideal for RVs, boats, large vehicles, or a full household of furniture
How do I know what size I need?
As a general rule:
5x10 fits the contents of a small storage closet or studio
10x10-10x15 fits a 1-3 bedroom home
10x20 and up is best for vehicles, large households, or business inventory.
Call or stop by and our team can help you match your load to the right unit, it's easier to size correctly in person than to guess.
Is drive-up storage a good option for me?
Drive-up storage is a great fit if you want to load and unload directly from your car, truck, or trailer without carrying items through hallways or using an elevator. It's especially convenient for bulky furniture, appliances, business inventory, and vehicles/equipment.
Renting a Unit
How do I reserve a unit?
What do I need to rent a storage unit?
You'll need a valid, government-issued photo ID and to be at least 18 years old. You'll also complete a rental agreement and set up a payment method.
Is there a deposit required?
No deposit is required. A $15 rental fee applies when renting in person, but this fee is waived when you rent online. Your first month’s rent is due at the time of rental.
Please note: Fees, promotions, and rental terms are subject to change without notice.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
Yes! You are welcome to bring your own lock, or you can purchase a lock directly from our facility. Our team is happy to help you choose the right option to keep your belongings secure.
Can I move in the same day I reserve?
Yes! In most cases you can reserve and move in the same day.
Is there a minimum lease term?
No! We offer flexible month-to-month storage rentals, and you are billed monthly. There is no long-term lease requirement. Some discounts or special rates may require full payment upfront to receive the discounted price. Our managers are happy to help explain your options.

Can I access my unit every day?
Yes, you can access your drive-up unit any day of the week during posted access hours.
Do access hours change on holidays?
No! Gate access hours stay the same every day, including holidays. However, office hours may change around holidays. As a locally owned facility, we want our employees to have time to spend with their families, too. We recommend checking with our team for holiday office hours.

What You Can Store
What can I store in a drive-up unit?
What am I not allowed to store?
Illegal items, perishable food, flammable or hazardous materials (gasoline, propane, fireworks, chemicals), and live animals or plants are prohibited in any unit.
Can I store a vehicle, boat, or RV?
Yes! Our 10x20, 10x22, and 10x30 drive-up units can be a great option for vehicle, boat, or RV storage, depending on the size of your vehicle. If you need a different type of space, our team can also help direct you to other local facilities in Lubbock and Wolfforth with RV and boat storage options.
Should I worry about Lubbock's heat and dust on my stored items?
Since our units are drive-up (not climate-controlled), it's smart to protect sensitive items from West Texas heat, dust, and wind: use plastic totes instead of cardboard boxes, cover furniture, and avoid storing anything that's sensitive to temperature swings (electronics, photos, vinyl records, wood instruments). Our team can point you to unit sizes and packing tips that work well for our local climate.
If you need climate-controlled our team can help direct you to the best facilities in the area!
Security
How secure is the facility?
We take security seriously. Our facility is gated and uses a secure access code to enter the property. The facility is also well lit at night, and our on-site management team helps keep the property well maintained.
Is the facility lit at night?
Yes! Our facility is well lit at night to help provide visibility and create a safer, more secure environment for our customers and their belongings.
What's the best lock for a drive-up unit?
A disc lock is generally the best choice for drive-up units, its enclosed shackle design is much more resistant to bolt cutters than a standard padlock.
Moving Out
How much notice do I need to give before moving out?
We appreciate at least two weeks’ notice before moving out, but we understand that plans and life circumstances can change. Just reach out to your on-site manager to let us know your move-out plans, and we’ll be happy to help.
What condition should I leave the unit in?
Please remove all belongings, sweep out the unit, and remove your lock so our team can confirm it's ready for the next tenant.
